An Oenological Journey Through the Flavors of the Territory
Our wine list was conceived following the criterion of "territoriality" and of the producer, so you will find the wines divided first by region and cellars and only subsequently, the distinction between red and white wines. The first pages are dedicated to our wines in the vintage version. "mignon" (0.375 lb bottles), you can also ask the dining room staff for our daily selection of wines served by the glass, designed to provide a convenient service to those who, having to travel by car, risk incurring the very strict traffic laws regarding alcohol content. Special attention is given to certain local wineries that stand out for their originality and harvesting and winemaking methods.
