In our restaurant in Castel Maggiore, in the province of Bologna, we periodically organise special events to celebrate the local food traditions and flavours and to give our guests a unique and exclusive experience. Valentine's Day 2020
"Where love sets the table, food tastes at its best."
The menu proposed for this Valentine's Day consisted of two variants: the meat and the fish options, chosen at the time of booking.
In our restaurant and during our events each table can choose their menu. The menus, as well as the layout of the venue, set the atmosphere for a romantic and unforgettable evening.
Fish menu on Christmas Eve 2019
Menu available upon order for 24th December 2019. During this event, the à la carte menu option was still available.
Talent Chefs Challenge 2019
Wednesday 6th November.
La Corte dei Molini in collaboration with Gaia Food presented a cooking talent competition in which amateur chefs challenged each other in the kitchen.
A set menu with typical Emilian products was available for € 33.00 per person.
Mid-August menu 2018
After the success of last year, it seems only right to repeat the event also this 15th August by gathering all the guests of La Corte dei Molini for the most classic and traditional menu for mid-August:

Quail eggs served on a leek nest
Starter
Parmesan basket with purple potato mousse and fresh ricotta cheese, Grana Padano sauce and crunchy violet artichokes
First course
10 cereals "King size" Garganelli with IGP asparagus and flakes of Parma Toma cheese
Lasagnette with white bolognese sauce and Taggiasca olives
Main course
Welsh lamb chops blanched with black truffle bechamel and pomme parisienne with thyme
Flan of onion "cipolla di Medicina" on a bed of fresh blanched PGI asparagus
Dessert
Ricotta “Rocher” with its sauces
